Psalm 68:4

English Standard Version

4 Sing to God, sing praises to his name; lift up a song to him who rides through the deserts; his name is the Lord; exult before him! (Ps 18:10; Ps 66:4; Ps 68:33; Ps 89:8; Isa 40:3; Isa 62:10) 

New International Version

4 Sing to God, sing in praise of his name, extol him who rides on the clouds[1]; rejoice before him – his name is the Lord. 

New International Reader’s Version

4 Sing to God, sing praise to his name. Lift up a song to the God who rides on the clouds. Be glad when you are with him. His name is the LORD. 

King James Version

4 Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him.
