3 And he said to them, “Take nothing for your journey, no staff, nor bag, nor bread, nor money; and do not have two tunics.[1] (Mt 10:9; Mr 6:8; Lu 10:4; Lu 22:35)

3 He told them: ‘Take nothing for the journey – no staff, no bag, no bread, no money, no extra shirt. 

New International Reader’s Version

3 He told them, ‘Don’t take anything for the journey. Do not take a walking stick or a bag. Do not take any bread, money or extra clothes. 

King James Version

3 And he said unto them, Take nothing for your journey, neither staves, nor scrip, neither bread, neither money; neither have two coats apiece.
