41 And demons also came out of many, crying, “You are the Son of God!” But he rebuked them and would not allow them to speak, because they knew that he was the Christ. (Mt 1:17; Mt 14:33; Mr 3:11; Lu 4:33; Ac 16:17) 

New International Version

41 Moreover, demons came out of many people, shouting, ‘You are the Son of God!’ But he rebuked them and would not allow them to speak, because they knew he was the Messiah. 

New International Reader’s Version

41 Also, demons came out of many people. The demons shouted, ‘You are the Son of God!’ But he commanded them to be quiet. He would not allow them to speak, because they knew he was the Messiah. 

King James Version

41 And devils also came out of many, crying out, and saying, Thou art Christ the Son of God. And he rebuking them suffered them not to speak: for they knew that he was Christ.
