24 “Speak to the people of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall observe a day of solemn rest, a memorial proclaimed with blast of trumpets, a holy convocation. (Le 25:9; Nu 29:1) 

New International Version

24 ‘Say to the Israelites: “On the first day of the seventh month you are to have a day of sabbath rest, a sacred assembly commemorated with trumpet blasts. 

New International Reader’s Version

24 ‘Say to the Israelites, “On the first day of the seventh month you must have a day of sabbath rest. It must be a special service announced with trumpet blasts. 

King James Version

24 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.
