Galatians 3:8

English Standard Version

8 And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify[1] the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, “In you shall all the nations be blessed.” (Ge 12:3; Ro 3:30) 

New International Version

8 Scripture foresaw that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, and announced the gospel in advance to Abraham: ‘All nations will be blessed through you.’ (Ge 12:3; Ge 18:18; Ge 22:18) 

New International Reader’s Version

8 Long ago, Scripture knew that God would make the Gentiles right with himself. He would do this by their faith in him. He announced the good news in advance to Abraham. God said, ‘All nations will be blessed because of you.’ (Ge 12:3; Ge 18:18; Ge 22:18) 

King James Version

8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.
