Ezra 7:10

English Standard Version

10 For Ezra had set his heart to study the Law of the Lord, and to do it and to teach his statutes and rules in Israel. (De 33:10; 2Ch 17:7; Ezr 7:25; Ne 8:1; Mal 2:7; Mt 23:2) 

New International Version

10 For Ezra had devoted himself to the study and observance of the Law of the Lord, and to teaching its decrees and laws in Israel. 

New International Reader’s Version

10 Ezra had committed himself to study and obey the Law of the LORD. He also wanted to teach the LORD’s rules and laws in Israel. 

King James Version

10 For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the law of the LORD, and to do it , and to teach in Israel statutes and judgments.
