14 When Moses’ father-in-law saw all that he was doing for the people, he said, “What is this that you are doing for the people? Why do you sit alone, and all the people stand around you from morning till evening?” 

New International Version

14 When his father-in-law saw all that Moses was doing for the people, he said, ‘What is this you are doing for the people? Why do you alone sit as judge, while all these people stand round you from morning till evening?’ 

New International Reader’s Version

14 His father-in-law saw everything Moses was doing for the people. So he said, ‘Aren’t you trying to do too much for the people? You are the only judge. And all these people are standing around you from morning until evening.’ 

King James Version

14 And when Moses'father in law saw all that he did to the people, he said, What is this thing that thou doest to the people? why sittest thou thyself alone, and all the people stand by thee from morning unto even?
