English Standard Version

4 When you vow a vow to God, do not delay paying it, for he has no pleasure in fools. Pay what you vow. (Nu 30:2; De 23:21; Ps 50:14; Ps 66:13; Ps 76:11) 

New International Version

4 When you make a vow to God, do not delay to fulfil it. He has no pleasure in fools; fulfil your vow. 

New International Reader’s Version

4 When you make a promise to God, don’t wait too long to carry it out. He isn’t pleased with foolish people. So do what you have promised. 

King James Version

4 When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed.
