2 a people great and tall, the sons of the Anakim, whom you know, and of whom you have heard it said, ‘Who can stand before the sons of Anak?’ (Nu 13:22; De 1:28) 

New International Version

2 The people are strong and tall – Anakites! You know about them and have heard it said: ‘Who can stand up against the Anakites?’ 

New International Reader’s Version

2 The people who live there are Anakites. They are strong and tall. You know all about them. You have heard people say, ‘Who can stand up against the Anakites?’ 

King James Version

2 A people great and tall, the children of the Anakims, whom thou knowest, and of whom thou hast heard say , Who can stand before the children of Anak!
