Daniel 5:5

English Standard Version

5 Immediately the fingers of a human hand appeared and wrote on the plaster of the wall of the king’s palace, opposite the lampstand. And the king saw the hand as it wrote. (Eze 8:3; Da 4:31; Da 5:24) 

New International Version

5 Suddenly the fingers of a human hand appeared and wrote on the plaster of the wall, near the lampstand in the royal palace. The king watched the hand as it wrote. 

New International Reader’s Version

5 Suddenly the fingers of a human hand appeared. They wrote something on the plaster of the palace wall. It happened near the lampstand. The king watched the hand as it wrote. 

King James Version

5 In the same hour came forth fingers of a man' hand, and wrote over against the candlestick upon the plaister of the wall of the king' palace: and the king saw the part of the hand that wrote.
