English Standard Version

12 When it was day, the Jews made a plot and bound themselves by an oath neither to eat nor drink till they had killed Paul. (Ac 23:14; Ac 23:21; Ac 23:30) 

New International Version

12 The next morning some Jews formed a conspiracy and bound themselves with an oath not to eat or drink until they had killed Paul. 

New International Reader’s Version

12 The next morning some Jews gathered secretly to make plans against Paul. They made a promise to themselves. They promised that they would not eat or drink anything until they killed him. 

King James Version

12 And when it was day, certain of the Jews banded together, and bound themselves under a curse, saying that they would neither eat nor drink till they had killed Paul.
