1I love the Lord, because he has heard my voice and my pleas for mercy.2Because he inclined his ear to me, therefore I will call on him as long as I live.3The snares of death encompassed me; the pangs of Sheol laid hold on me; I suffered distress and anguish.4Then I called on the name of the Lord: “O Lord, I pray, deliver my soul!”5Gracious is the Lord, and righteous; our God is merciful.6The Lord preserves the simple; when I was brought low, he saved me.7Return, O my soul, to your rest; for the Lord has dealt bountifully with you.8For you have delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling;9I will walk before the Lord in the land of the living.10I believed, even when* I spoke: “I am greatly afflicted”;11I said in my alarm, “All mankind are liars.”12What shall I render to the Lord for all his benefits to me?13I will lift up the cup of salvation and call on the name of the Lord,14I will pay my vows to the Lord in the presence of all his people.15Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.16O Lord, I am your servant; I am your servant, the son of your maidservant. پرستش خداوند برای رهايی از مرگ
1خداوند را دوست میدارم زيرا ناله و فرياد مرا میشنود و به درخواست من گوش میدهد، پس تا آخر عمر، نزد او دعا خواهم كرد.3خطر مرگ بر من سايه افكنده بود و مايوس و غمگين بودم،4سپس نام خداوند را خواندم و فرياد زدم: «آه ای خداوند، مرا نجات بده!»5او چه خوب و مهربان است! آری، خدای ما رحيم است.6خداوند افراد سادهدل و فروتن را حفظ میكند. من با خطر روبرو بودم، ولی او مرا نجات داد.7ای جان من، آسوده باش، زيرا خداوند در حق من خوبی كرده است!8او مرا از مرگ نجات داد و اشكهايم را پاک كرد و نگذاشت پايم بلغزد،9تا بتوانم در اين دنيا در حضور خداوند زيست كنم.10در شدت پريشانی خود گفتم: «آنها دروغ میگويند، من هرگز از اين وضع خود نجات پيدا نخواهم كرد.» با اين حال ايمان خود را از دست ندادم.12اما اينک در برابر همهٔ خوبیهایی كه خداوند برای من كرده است، چه میتوانم به او بدهم؟13هديهٔ نوشيدنی به حضور خداوند خواهم آورد تا از او تشكر نمايم كه مرا نجات داده است.14در حضور قوم او نذرهای خود را به خداوند ادا خواهم كرد.15جانهای مقدسان خداوند نزد او عزيزند، پس او نخواهد گذاشت آنها از بين بروند.16ای خداوند، من بندهٔ تو و پسر كنيز تو هستم. تو مرا از چنگ مرگ رها ساختی.17قربانی شكرگزاری را به حضورت تقديم میكنم و نام تو را گرامی میدارم.18در حضور تمام مردم اسرائيل و در خانهٔ تو كه در اورشليم است، نذرهای خود را ادا خواهم نمود. خداوند را سپاس باد!
