God Is Our Fortress

1 To the choirmaster. Of the Sons of Korah. According to Alamoth.* A Song. God is our refuge and strength, a very present* help in trouble. 2 Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, 3 though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling. 4 There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy habitation of the Most High. 5 God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved; God will help her when morning dawns. 6 The nations rage, the kingdoms totter; he utters his voice, the earth melts. 7 The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. 8 Come, behold the works of the Lord, how he has brought desolations on the earth. 9 He makes wars cease to the end of the earth; he breaks the bow and shatters the spear; he burns the chariots with fire. 10 “Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” 11 The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress.

1 上帝是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们患难中随时的帮助。 2 因此，任大地震动，群山沉入深海； 3 任海涛汹涌澎湃，群山摇撼颤抖，我们也不惧怕。（细拉） 4 有一条河给上帝的城——至高者的圣所带来喜乐。 5 上帝住在城里，城必屹立不倒。天一亮，上帝必帮助这城。 6 列邦动荡，列国倾覆。上帝的声音使大地熔化。 7 万军之耶和华与我们同在，雅各的上帝是我们的堡垒。（细拉） 8 来看耶和华的作为吧！祂使大地荒凉。 9 祂平息天下的战争，祂断弓、折枪、烧毁盾牌。 10 祂说：“要安静，要知道我是上帝，我必在列国受尊崇，在普世受尊崇。” 11 万军之耶和华与我们同在，雅各的上帝是我们的堡垒。
