1 （大卫在献殿的时候，作这诗歌。）耶和华啊，我要尊崇你，因为你曾提拔我，不叫仇敌向我夸耀。 2 耶和华 ─ 我的　神啊，我曾呼求你，你医治了我。 3 耶和华啊，你曾把我的灵魂从阴间救上来，使我存活，不至於下坑。 4 耶和华的圣民哪，你们要歌颂他，称赞他可记念的圣名。 5 因为，他的怒气不过是转眼之间；他的恩典乃是一生之久。一宿虽然有哭泣，早晨便必欢呼。 6 至於我，我凡事平顺便说：我永不动摇。 7 耶和华啊，你曾施恩，叫我的江山稳固；你掩了面，我就惊惶。 8 耶和华啊，我曾求告你；我向耶和华恳求，说： 9 我被害流血，下到坑中，有甚麽益处呢？尘土岂能称赞你，传说你的诚实麽？ 10 耶和华啊，求你应允我，怜恤我！耶和华啊，求你帮助我！ 11 你已将我的哀哭变为跳舞，将我的麻衣脱去，给我披上喜乐， 12 好叫我的灵（原文是荣耀）歌颂你，并不住声。耶和华 ─ 我的　神啊，我要称谢你，直到永远！

Joy Comes with the Morning

1 A Psalm of David. A song at the dedication of the temple. I will extol you, O Lord, for you have drawn me up and have not let my foes rejoice over me. 2 O Lord my God, I cried to you for help, and you have healed me. 3 O Lord, you have brought up my soul from Sheol; you restored me to life from among those who go down to the pit.* 4 Sing praises to the Lord, O you his saints, and give thanks to his holy name.* 5 For his anger is but for a moment, and his favor is for a lifetime.* Weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning. 6 As for me, I said in my prosperity, “I shall never be moved.” 7 By your favor, O Lord, you made my mountain stand strong; you hid your face; I was dismayed. 8 To you, O Lord, I cry, and to the Lord I plead for mercy: 9 “What profit is there in my death,* if I go down to the pit?* Will the dust praise you? Will it tell of your faithfulness? 10 Hear, O Lord, and be merciful to me! O Lord, be my helper!” 11 You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; you have loosed my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness, 12 that my glory may sing your praise and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks to you forever!
