Die neuen Tafeln des Gesetzes

1 Zu derselben Zeit sprach der HERR zu mir: Haue dir zwei steinerne Tafeln zu wie die ersten und komm zu mir auf den Berg und mache dir eine hölzerne Lade, (2Mo 25,10; 2Mo 34,1) 2 so will ich auf die Tafeln die Worte schreiben, die auf den ersten waren, die du zerbrochen hast; und du sollst sie in die Lade legen. (2Mo 32,19) 3 So machte ich eine Lade aus Akazienholz und hieb zwei steinerne Tafeln zu, wie die ersten waren, und ging auf den Berg und hatte die beiden Tafeln in meinen Händen. 4 Da schrieb er auf die Tafeln, wie die erste Schrift war, die Zehn Worte, die der HERR zu euch geredet hatte mitten aus dem Feuer auf dem Berge zur Zeit der Versammlung; und der HERR gab sie mir. 5 Und ich wandte mich und ging vom Berge herab und legte die Tafeln in die Lade, die ich gemacht hatte, und sie blieben darin, wie mir der HERR geboten hatte. Aarons Tod. Aussonderung der Leviten

6 Und die Israeliten zogen aus von Beerot-Bene-Jaakan nach Moser. Dort starb Aaron und wurde daselbst begraben. Und sein Sohn Eleasar wurde Priester an seiner statt. (4Mo 20,28; 4Mo 33,31; 4Mo 33,37) 7 Von da zogen sie aus nach Gudgoda, von Gudgoda nach Jotbata, in ein Land mit Wasserbächen. 8 Zur selben Zeit sonderte der HERR den Stamm Levi aus, die Lade des Bundes des HERRN zu tragen und zu stehen vor dem HERRN, ihm zu dienen und in seinem Namen zu segnen bis auf diesen Tag. (4Mo 6,23; 5Mo 18,5) 9 Darum erhielt Levi weder Anteil noch Erbe mit seinen Brüdern. Denn der HERR ist sein Erbteil, wie der HERR, dein Gott, es ihm zugesagt hat. (4Mo 18,20)

Was der Herr von Israel fordert

10 Ich aber stand auf dem Berge wie das erste Mal, vierzig Tage und vierzig Nächte, und der HERR erhörte mich auch diesmal und wollte dich nicht verderben. (5Mo 9,9) 11 Er sprach zu mir: Mach dich auf, geh hin und zieh vor dem Volk her, damit sie hineinkommen und das Land einnehmen, das ich ihnen geben will, wie ich ihren Vätern geschworen habe. (5Mo 6,3) 12 Nun, Israel, was fordert der HERR, dein Gott, noch von dir, als dass du den HERRN, deinen Gott, fürchtest, dass du in allen seinen Wegen wandelst und ihn liebst und dem HERRN, deinem Gott, dienst von ganzem Herzen und von ganzer Seele, (Mi 6,8) 13 dass du die Gebote des HERRN hältst und seine Rechte, die ich dir heute gebiete, auf dass dir’s wohlgehe? 14 Siehe, der Himmel und aller Himmel Himmel und die Erde und alles, was darinnen ist, das ist des HERRN, deines Gottes. 15 Und doch hat er nur deine Väter angenommen, dass er sie liebte, und hat ihre Nachkommen, nämlich euch, erwählt aus allen Völkern, so wie es heute ist. (5Mo 7,6) 16 So beschneidet nun die Vorhaut eurer Herzen und seid hinfort nicht halsstarrig. (5Mo 30,6; Jer 4,4) 17 Denn der HERR, euer Gott, ist der Gott aller Götter und der Herr über alle Herren, der große Gott, der Mächtige und der Schreckliche, der die Person nicht ansieht und kein Geschenk nimmt 18 und schafft Recht den Waisen und Witwen und hat die Fremdlinge lieb, dass er ihnen Speise und Kleider gibt. 19 Darum sollt ihr auch die Fremdlinge lieben; denn ihr seid auch Fremdlinge gewesen in Ägyptenland. (2Mo 22,20) 20 Den HERRN, deinen Gott, sollst du fürchten, ihm sollst du dienen, ihm sollst du anhangen und bei seinem Namen schwören. 21 Er ist dein Ruhm, und er ist dein Gott, der bei dir solche großen und schrecklichen Dinge getan hat, die deine Augen gesehen haben. 22 Deine Väter zogen hinab nach Ägypten mit siebzig Seelen; aber nun hat dich der HERR, dein Gott, zahlreich gemacht wie die Sterne am Himmel. 1 وَقَالَ لِيَ الرَّبُّ: انْحَتْ لَكَ لَوْحَيْنِ مِنْ حَجَرٍ مِثْلَ اللَّوْحَيْنِ الأَوَّلَيْنِ، وَاصْعَدْ إِلَى الْجَبَلِ، وَاصْنَعْ لَكَ تَابُوتاً مِنْ خَشَبٍ، 2 فَأَخُطَّ عَلَى اللَّوْحَيْنِ الْوَصَايَا الَّتِي كَانَتْ مَكْتُوبَةً عَلَى اللَّوْحَيْنِ الأَوَّلَيْنِ اللَّذَيْنِ حَطَّمْتَهُمَا، فَتَضَعَهُمَا فِي التَّابُوتِ. 3 فَصَنَعْتُ تَابُوتاً مِنْ خَشَبِ السَّنْطِ، وَنَحَتُّ لَوْحَيْنِ مِنْ حَجَرٍ مِثْلَ اللَّوْحَيْنِ الأَوَّلَيْنِ، وَصَعِدْتُ إِلَى الْجَبَلِ وَاللَّوْحَانِ فِي يَدَيَّ. 4 فَخَطَّ الرَّبُّ عَلَى اللَّوْحَيْنِ مَا كَانَ قَدْ خَطَّهُ سَابِقاً، الْوَصَايَا الْعَشَرَ الَّتِي كَلَّمَكُمْ بِها الرَّبُّ فِي الْجَبَلِ مِنْ وَسَطِ النَّارِ فِي يَوْمِ الاجْتِمَاعِ، وَسَلَّمَنِي إِيَّاهَا. 5 ثُمَّ انْصَرَفْتُ، وَانْحَدَرْتُ مِنَ الْجَبَلِ، وَوَضَعْتُ اللَّوْحَيْنِ فِي التَّابُوتِ الَّذِي صَنَعْتُهُ. وَهَا هُمَا هُنَاكَ، كَمَا أَمَرَ الرَّبُّ. 6 ثُمَّ ارْتَحَلَ الإِسْرَائِيلِيُّونَ مِنْ جِوَارِ آبَارِ بَنِي يَعْقَانَ إِلَى مُوسِيرَ، حَيْثُ مَاتَ هرُونُ وَدُفِنَ هُنَاكَ. فَتَوَلَّى أَلِعَازَارُ ابْنُهُ رَئَاسَةَ الْكَهَنُوتِ عِوَضاً عَنْهُ. 7 وَمِنْ هُنَاكَ انْتَقَلَ الإِسْرَائِيلِيُّونَ إِلَى الْجِدْجُودِ، وَمِنْهَا إِلَى يُطْبَاتَ، وَهِيَ أَرْضٌ عَامِرَةٌ بِالأَنْهَارِ. 8 فِي ذَلِكَ الْوَقْتِ خَصَّصَ الرَّبُّ سِبْطَ لاوِي لِحَمْلِ تَابُوتِ عَهْدِ الرَّبِّ وَالْمُثُولِ أَمَامَ الرَّبِّ لِيَخْدِمُوهُ وَيُبَارِكُوا اسْمَهُ إِلَى هَذَا الْيَوْمِ. 9 لِهَذَا لَمْ يَرِثِ اللّاوِيُّونَ مَعَ بَقِيَّةِ إِخْوَتِهِمْ لأَنَّ الرَّبَّ هُوَ نَصِيبُهُمْ كَمَا وَعَدَهُمْ. 10 أَمَّا أَنَا فَقَدْ مَكَثْتُ فِي الْجَبَلِ أَرْبَعِينَ نَهَاراً وَأَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً، كَمَا حَدَثَ فِي الْمَرَّةِ الأُولَى وَاسْتَجَابَ لِيَ الرَّبُّ أَيْضاً فَلَمْ يُهْلِكْكُمْ 11 ثُمَّ قَالَ لِيَ الرَّبُّ: قُمْ وَامْضِ لِلارْتِحَالِ أَمَامَ الشَّعْبِ، لِلدُّخُولِ وَامْتِلاكِ الأَرْضِ الَّتِي حَلَفْتُ لِآبَائِهِمْ أَنْ أَهَبَهَا لَهُمْ.

تقوى الرب

12 فَالآنَ أَيُّهَا الإِسْرَائِيلِيُّونَ مَاذَا يَطْلُبُ مِنْكُمُ الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ سِوَى أَنْ تَتَّقُوهُ وَتَسْلُكُوا فِي كُلِّ طُرُقِهِ، وَتُحِبُّوهُ وَتَعْبُدُوهُ مِنْ كُلِّ قُلُوبِكُمْ وَمِنْ كُلِّ نُفُوسِكُمْ، 13 وَتُطِيعُوا وَصَايَاهُ وَفَرَائِضَهُ، الَّتِي أَنَا أُوصِيكُمْ بِها الْيَوْمَ لِخَيْرِكُمْ؟ 14 فَالرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ هُوَ مَالِكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَسَمَاءِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَكُلِّ مَا فِيهَا. 15 غَيْرَ أَنَّ الرَّبَّ فَضَّلَ آبَاءَكُمْ وَاصْطَفَى ذُرِّيَّتَهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ، الَّتِي هِيَ أَنْتُمْ، لِتَكُونُوا فَوْقَ جَمِيعِ أُمَمِ الأَرْضِ، كَمَا هُوَ حَادِثٌ الْيَوْمَ. 16 فَطَهِّرُوا قُلُوبَكُمُ الأَثِيمَةَ، وَأَقْلِعُوا عَنْ عِنَادِكُمْ، 17 لأَنَّ الرَّبَّ إِلَهَكُمْ هُوَ إِلَهُ الآلِهَةِ وَرَبُّ الأَرْبَابِ، الإِلَهُ الْعَظِيمُ الْجَبَّارُ الْمَهِيبُ، الَّذِي لَا يُحَابِي وَجْهَ أَحَدٍ، وَلا يَرْتَشِي. 18 إِنَّهُ يَقْضِي حَقَّ الْيَتِيمِ وَالأَرْمَلَةِ، وَيُحِبُّ الْغَرِيبَ فَيُوَفِّرُ لَهُ طَعَاماً وَكِسَاءً 19 فَأَحِبُّوا الْغَرِيبَ لأَنَّكُمْ كُنْتُمْ غُرَبَاءَ فِي دِيَارِ مِصْرَ. 20 اتَّقُوا الرَّبَّ إِلَهَكُمْ وَإِيَّاهُ اعْبُدُوا وَبِهِ اعْتَصِمُوا وَبِاسْمِهِ احْلِفُوا، 21 فَهُوَ فَخْرُكُمْ وَإِلَهُكُمُ الَّذِي أَجْرَى مَعَكُمْ تِلْكَ الْمُعْجِزَاتِ الْعَظِيمَةَ الَّتِي شَهِدَتْهَا أَعْيُنُكُمْ. 22 فَعِنْدَمَا انْحَدَرَ آبَاؤُكُمْ إِلَى مِصْرَ كَانُوا سَبْعِينَ نَفْساً، وَالآنَ قَدْ جَعَلَكُمُ الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ فِي كَثْرَةِ النُّجُومِ.

New International Version

Tablets like the first ones

1 At that time the Lord said to me, ‘Chisel out two stone tablets like the first ones and come up to me on the mountain. Also make a wooden ark.^[1] 2 I will write on the tablets the words that were on the first tablets, which you broke. Then you are to put them in the ark.’ 3 So I made the ark out of acacia wood and chiselled out two stone tablets like the first ones, and I went up on the mountain with the two tablets in my hands. 4 The Lord wrote on these tablets what he had written before, the Ten Commandments he had proclaimed to you on the mountain, out of the fire, on the day of the assembly. And the Lord gave them to me. 5 Then I came back down the mountain and put the tablets in the ark I had made, as the Lord commanded me, and they are there now. 6 (The Israelites travelled from the wells of Bene Jaakan to Moserah. There Aaron died and was buried, and Eleazar his son succeeded him as priest. 7 From there they travelled to Gudgodah and on to Jotbathah, a land with streams of water. 8 At that time the Lord set apart the tribe of Levi to carry the ark of the covenant of the Lord, to stand before the Lord to minister and to pronounce blessings in his name, as they still do today. 9 That is why the Levites have no share or inheritance among their fellow Israelites; the Lord is their inheritance, as the Lord your God told them.) 10 Now I had stayed on the mountain for forty days and forty nights, as I did the first time, and the Lord listened to me at this time also. It was not his will to destroy you. 11 ‘Go,’ the Lord said to me, ‘and lead the people on their way, so that they may enter and possess the land that I swore to their ancestors to give them.’

Fear the Lord

12 And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God ask of you but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to him, to love him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, 13 and to observe the Lord’s commands and decrees that I am giving you today for your own good? 14 To the Lord your God belong the heavens, even the highest heavens, the earth and everything in it. 15 Yet the Lord set his affection on your ancestors and loved them, and he chose you, their descendants, above all the nations – as it is today. 16 Circumcise your hearts, therefore, and do not be stiff-necked any longer. 17 For the Lord your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, mighty and awesome, who shows no partiality and accepts no bribes. 18 He defends the cause of the fatherless and the widow, and loves the foreigner residing among you, giving them food and clothing. 19 And you are to love those who are foreigners, for you yourselves were foreigners in Egypt. 20 Fear the Lord your God and serve him. Hold fast to him and take your oaths in his name. 21 He is your praise; he is your God, who performed for you those great and awesome wonders you saw with your own eyes. 22 Your ancestors who went down into Egypt were seventy in all, and now the Lord your God has made you as numerous as the stars in the sky.

6 Исраильтяне отправились от колодцев яаканитов^[3] в Мозер.
