1Und das Wort des HERRN erging an mich folgendermaßen:2Menschensohn, du wohnst inmitten eines widerspenstigen Hauses, das Augen hat zum Sehen und doch nicht sieht, Ohren zum Hören und doch nicht hört; denn sie sind ein widerspenstiges Haus.3Darum, du Menschensohn, bereite dir die Sachen zum Fortziehen und zieh bei Tag vor ihren Augen fort! Vor ihren Augen sollst du von deinem Wohnort an einen anderen Ort ziehen; vielleicht werden sie es bemerken, denn sie sind ein widerspenstiges Haus.4Du sollst deine Sachen bei Tag vor ihren Augen heraustragen wie Sachen gepackt zum Auswandern; du aber sollst am Abend vor ihren Augen fortziehen, wie man auszieht, wenn man auswandern will!5Du sollst vor ihren Augen die Wand durchbrechen und [deine Sachen] durch sie hinaustragen.6Du sollst sie vor ihren Augen auf die Schulter nehmen und sie in der Finsternis hinaustragen. Verhülle aber dein Angesicht, damit du das Land nicht siehst; denn ich habe dich zu einem Wahrzeichen gemacht für das Haus Israel!7Da machte ich es so, wie mir befohlen war; meine Sachen brachte ich gepackt wie zum Auswandern bei Tag hinaus; und am Abend durchbrach ich mit der Hand die Wand; als es aber finster wurde, nahm ich sie auf meine Schulter und trug sie vor ihren Augen hinaus.8Aber am Morgen früh erging das Wort des HERRN an mich folgendermaßen:9Menschensohn, hat nicht das Haus Israel, das widerspenstige Haus, zu dir gesagt: »Was tust du da?«10Sage zu ihnen: So spricht GOTT, der Herr: Diese Last gilt dem Fürsten in Jerusalem und dem ganzen Haus Israel, in deren Mitte sie wohnen.11Sage: Ich bin für euch ein Wahrzeichen! Wie ich es gemacht habe, so soll es ihnen gehen! In die Verbannung, in die Gefangenschaft müssen sie wandern!12Und der Fürst, der in ihrer Mitte ist, wird seine Schulter beladen und sich im Finstern davonmachen. Man wird durch die Mauer brechen, um ihn da hinauszuführen; er wird sein Angesicht verhüllen, damit er mit seinen Augen das Land nicht ansehen muss.13Ich will auch mein Fanggarn über ihn ausspannen, und er wird in meinem Netz gefangen werden; und ich will ihn nach Babel führen, in das Land der Chaldäer; aber er wird es nicht sehen; und dort soll er sterben.14Und alles, was um ihn her ist, seine Helfer und seine Truppen, will ich in alle Winde zerstreuen und das Schwert hinter ihnen ziehen.15Dann werden sie erkennen, dass ich der HERR bin, wenn ich sie unter die Heidenvölker zerstreut und in die Länder verjagt habe.16Und ich will von ihnen einige Männer übrig lassen vom Schwert, vom Hunger und von der Pest, damit sie unter den Heiden, unter die sie kommen, alle ihre Gräuel erzählen; und sie sollen erkennen, dass ich der HERR bin!17Und das Wort des HERRN erging an mich folgendermaßen:18Menschensohn, du sollst dein Brot mit Zittern essen und dein Wasser mit Furcht und Sorgen trinken;19und du sollst zu dem Volk des Landes sagen: So spricht GOTT, der Herr, von den Einwohnern Jerusalems im Land Israel: Sie müssen ihr Brot mit Sorgen essen und ihr Wasser mit Entsetzen trinken, weil ihr Land verödet wird, seiner Fülle beraubt wegen der Gewalttat aller derer, die darin wohnen.20Die bewohnten Städte sollen verwüstet werden und das Land öde, damit ihr erkennt, dass ich der HERR bin!
Der Herr tadelt die Spötter, die nicht an die Erfüllung der Weissagung glauben
21Und das Wort des HERRN erging an mich folgendermaßen:22Menschensohn, was ist das für ein Sprichwort, das ihr im Land Israel gebraucht, indem ihr sagt: »Die Tage ziehen sich hinaus, und es wird nichts aus allen Offenbarungen«?23Darum sprich zu ihnen: So spricht GOTT, der Herr: Ich will diesem Sprichwort ein Ende machen, dass man es in Israel nicht mehr als Sprichwort gebrauchen wird! Du aber sprich zu ihnen: Die Tage sind nahe, und jedes Wort der Offenbarung [trifft bald ein]!24Denn es soll künftig kein lügenhaftes Gesicht und keine schmeichelhafte Wahrsagung mehr geben inmitten des Hauses Israel.25Denn ich, der HERR, ich rede; das Wort, das ich rede, das soll auch geschehen und nicht weiter hinausgezögert werden. Ja, ich will in euren Tagen, du widerspenstiges Haus, ein Wort reden und es auch vollbringen!, spricht GOTT, der Herr.26Weiter erging das Wort des HERRN an mich folgendermaßen:27Menschensohn, siehe, das Haus Israel spricht: »Das Gesicht, das er gesehen hat, erfüllt sich erst in vielen Tagen, und er weissagt von fernen Zeiten!«28Darum sage zu ihnen: So spricht GOTT, der Herr: Keines meiner Worte soll mehr hinausgezögert werden; das Wort, das ich gesprochen habe, soll auch geschehen!, spricht GOTT, der Herr.

1The word of the Lord came to me:2“Son of man, you dwell in the midst of a rebellious house, who have eyes to see, but see not, who have ears to hear, but hear not, for they are a rebellious house.3As for you, son of man, prepare for yourself an exile’s baggage, and go into exile by day in their sight. You shall go like an exile from your place to another place in their sight. Perhaps they will understand, though* they are a rebellious house.4You shall bring out your baggage by day in their sight, as baggage for exile, and you shall go out yourself at evening in their sight, as those do who must go into exile.5In their sight dig through the wall, and bring your baggage out through it.6In their sight you shall lift the baggage upon your shoulder and carry it out at dusk. You shall cover your face that you may not see the land, for I have made you a sign for the house of Israel.”7And I did as I was commanded. I brought out my baggage by day, as baggage for exile, and in the evening I dug through the wall with my own hands. I brought out my baggage at dusk, carrying it on my shoulder in their sight.8In the morning the word of the Lord came to me:9“Son of man, has not the house of Israel, the rebellious house, said to you, ‘What are you doing?’10Say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God: This oracle concerns* the prince in Jerusalem and all the house of Israel who are in it.’*11Say, ‘I am a sign for you: as I have done, so shall it be done to them. They shall go into exile, into captivity.’12And the prince who is among them shall lift his baggage upon his shoulder at dusk, and shall go out. They shall dig through the wall to bring him out through it. He shall cover his face, that he may not see the land with his eyes.13And I will spread my net over him, and he shall be taken in my snare. And I will bring him to Babylon, the land of the Chaldeans, yet he shall not see it, and he shall die there.14And I will scatter toward every wind all who are around him, his helpers and all his troops, and I will unsheathe the sword after them.15And they shall know that I am the Lord, when I disperse them among the nations and scatter them among the countries.16But I will let a few of them escape from the sword, from famine and pestilence, that they may declare all their abominations among the nations where they go, and may know that I am the Lord.”17And the word of the Lord came to me:18“Son of man, eat your bread with quaking, and drink water with trembling and with anxiety.19And say to the people of the land, Thus says the Lord God concerning the inhabitants of Jerusalem in the land of Israel: They shall eat their bread with anxiety, and drink water in dismay. In this way her land will be stripped of all it contains, on account of the violence of all those who dwell in it.20And the inhabited cities shall be laid waste, and the land shall become a desolation; and you shall know that I am the Lord.”21And the word of the Lord came to me:22“Son of man, what is this proverb that you* have about the land of Israel, saying, ‘The days grow long, and every vision comes to nothing’?23Tell them therefore, ‘Thus says the Lord God: I will put an end to this proverb, and they shall no more use it as a proverb in Israel.’ But say to them, The days are near, and the fulfillment* of every vision.24For there shall be no more any false vision or flattering divination within the house of Israel.25For I am the Lord; I will speak the word that I will speak, and it will be performed. It will no longer be delayed, but in your days, O rebellious house, I will speak the word and perform it, declares the Lord God.”26And the word of the Lord came to me:27“Son of man, behold, they of the house of Israel say, ‘The vision that he sees is for many days from now, and he prophesies of times far off.’28Therefore say to them, Thus says the Lord God: None of my words will be delayed any longer, but the word that I speak will be performed, declares the Lord God.”
