Jesaja 4 | New International Reader’s Version
1 At that time seven women will grab hold of one man. They’ll say to him, ‘We will eat our own food. We’ll provide our own clothes. Just let us become your wives. Take away our shame!’

The Branch of the Lord

2 At that time Israel’s king will be beautiful and glorious. He will be called The Branch of the LORD. The fruit of the land will be the pride and glory of those who are still left alive in Israel. 3 Those who are left in Zion will be called holy. They will be recorded among those who are alive in Jerusalem. 4 The Lord will wash away the sin of the women in Zion. He will clean up the blood that was spilled there. He will judge those who spilled that blood. His burning anger will blaze out at them. 5 Then the LORD will create over Jerusalem a cloud of smoke by day. He will also create a glow of flaming fire at night. The cloud and fire will appear over all of Mount Zion. They will also appear over the people who gather together there. The LORD’s glory will be like a tent over everything. 6 It will cover the people and give them shade from the hot sun all day long. It will be a safe place where they can hide from storms and rain.

Das künftige Heil für die Geretteten in Jerusalem

2 Zu der Zeit wird, was der HERR sprießen lässt, lieb und wert sein und die Frucht des Landes herrlich und schön für alle von Israel, die entronnen sind. 3 Und wer übrig ist in Zion und übrig bleibt in Jerusalem, der wird heilig heißen, ein jeder, der aufgeschrieben ist zum Leben in Jerusalem. 4 Wenn der Herr den Unflat der Töchter Zions abgewaschen und die Blutschuld Jerusalems weggespült hat durch den Geist des Rechts und den Geist der Läuterung, 5 dann wird der HERR über der ganzen Stätte des Berges Zion und über ihren Versammlungen eine Wolke schaffen am Tage und Rauch und Feuerglanz in der Nacht. Ja, es wird ein Schutz sein über allem, was herrlich ist, 6 und eine Hütte zum Schatten am Tage vor der Hitze und Zuflucht und Obdach vor dem Wetter und Regen.
