Der heilige Gott hat den Sieg errungen durch seine gewaltige Kraft.2Alle Völker konnten sehen, wie der HERR befreit, seine Gerechtigkeit hielt er der Welt vor Augen!3Er erfüllte das Versprechen, seinem Volk gnädig und treu zu sein. Bis in die fernsten Länder ist die Nachricht gedrungen: »Gott hat Israel gerettet!«4Jubelt dem HERRN zu, ihr Menschen auf der Erde! Preist ihn mit Liedern, singt und jubelt laut vor Freude!5Lasst für ihn die Saiten der Harfe erklingen und erfreut den HERRN mit eurem Gesang!6Trompeten und Hörner sollen für Gott, euren König, erschallen!7Das Meer mit allem, was in ihm lebt, soll zu seiner Ehre brausen und tosen! Die ganze Welt soll in Jubel ausbrechen!8Ihr Flüsse, klatscht in die Hände; ihr Berge, preist unseren HERRN,9denn er kommt, um die Welt zu richten.
