1 Prijs de HERE! Loof God in zijn heilige hemel, prijs Hem om de machtige hemel die Hij maakte.

2 Prijs Hem om de geweldige dingen die Hij heeft gedaan. Prijs Hem omdat Hij zo geweldig groot is!

3 Prijs Hem met het schallen van de trompetten, prijs Hem met de harp en citer.

4 Prijs Hem met reidans en tamboerijnen. Prijs Hem met fluiten en snaarinstrumenten.

5 Prijs Hem met klinkende cimbalen, prijs Hem met schallende cimbaalslagen.

6 Laat alles wat adem heeft, de HERE prijzen! Prijs de HERE!

1 Praise the Lord! Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens!*

2 Praise him for his mighty deeds; praise him according to his excellent greatness!

3 Praise him with trumpet sound; praise him with lute and harp!

4 Praise him with tambourine and dance; praise him with strings and pipe!

5 Praise him with sounding cymbals; praise him with loud clashing cymbals!

6 Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!
