The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, doing abominable iniquity; there is none who does good.2God looks down from heaven on the children of man to see if there are any who understand,* who seek after God.3They have all fallen away; together they have become corrupt; there is none who does good, not even one.4Have those who work evil no knowledge, who eat up my people as they eat bread, and do not call upon God?5There they are, in great terror, where there is no terror! For God scatters the bones of him who encamps against you; you put them to shame, for God has rejected them.6Oh, that salvation for Israel would come out of Zion! When God restores the fortunes of his people, let Jacob rejoice, let Israel be glad.

1Dice el necio en su corazón: No hay Dios. Se han corrompido, e hicieron abominable maldad, No hay quien haga el bien.2’Elohim observa desde los cielos a los hijos del hombre, Para ver si hay quien entienda, Si hay quien busque a ’Elohim.3Todos ellos se apartaron, A una se hicieron inútiles, No hay quien haga lo bueno, No hay ni siquiera uno.4¿Acaso los que hacen iniquidad no saben que devoran a mi pueblo como si comieran pan, Y que a ’Elohim no invocan?5Allí, donde no había nada que temer, se sobresaltaron de terror, Porque ’Elohim esparció los huesos del que puso asedio contra ti, Los avergonzaste, porque ’Elohim los desechó.6¡Quién hiciera venir desde Sión la salvación a Israel! Cuando ’Elohim haga volver del cautiverio a su pueblo, ¡Regocíjese Jacob y alégrese Israel!
