Psalm 126 | English Standard Version

Restore Our Fortunes, O Lord

1 A Song of Ascents. When the Lord restored the fortunes of Zion, we were like those who dream. 2 Then our mouth was filled with laughter, and our tongue with shouts of joy; then they said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.” 3 The Lord has done great things for us; we are glad. 4 Restore our fortunes, O Lord, like streams in the Negeb! 5 Those who sow in tears shall reap with shouts of joy! 6 He who goes out weeping, bearing the seed for sowing, shall come home with shouts of joy, bringing his sheaves with him.

1 Песен на възкачванията. Когато ГОСПОД възвръщаше сионовите пленници, ние бяхме като онези, които сънуват. 2 Тогава устата ни се изпълниха със смях и езикът ни – с пеене; тогава казаха между народите: Велики неща извърши ГОСПОД за тях. 3 ГОСПОД извърши велики неща за нас, от които се изпълнихме с радост. 4 Върни, ГОСПОДИ, пленниците ни като потоците в южните страни. 5 Онези, които сеят със сълзи, с радост ще пожънат. 6 Онзи, който излиза с плач, когато носи мерата семе, той непременно с радост ще се върне, като носи снопите си.
