Zechariah 9:12

English Standard Version

12 Return to your stronghold, O prisoners of hope; today I declare that I will restore to you double. (Isa 61:7; Jer 31:17) 

New International Version

12 Return to your fortress, you prisoners of hope; even now I announce that I will restore twice as much to you. 

New International Reader’s Version

12 Return to your place of safety, you prisoners who still have hope. Even now I announce that I will give you back much more than you had before.
