Zechariah 12:1

English Standard Version

1 The oracle of the word of the Lord concerning Israel: Thus declares the Lord, who stretched out the heavens and founded the earth and formed the spirit of man within him: (Isa 42:5; Isa 48:13; Na 1:1) 

New International Version

1 A prophecy: the word of the Lord concerning Israel. The Lord, who stretches out the heavens, who lays the foundation of the earth, and who forms the human spirit within a person, declares:

1 This is a prophecy. It is the LORD’s message about Israel. The LORD spreads out the heavens. He lays the foundation of the earth. He creates the human spirit within a person. He says,

1 The burden of the word of the LORD for Israel, saith the LORD, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him.
