4 I say to the boastful, ‘Do not boast,’ and to the wicked, ‘Do not lift up your horn; (Ps 75:10; Zec 1:21)

4 To the arrogant I say, “Boast no more,” and to the wicked, “Do not lift up your horns.[1]
