8 Moab is my washbasin; upon Edom I cast my shoe; over Philistia I shout in triumph.”[1] (2Sa 8:1; 2Sa 8:2; Mt 3:11) 

New International Version

8 Moab is my washbasin, on Edom I toss my sandal; over Philistia I shout in triumph.’ 

New International Reader’s Version

8 Moab serves me like one who washes my feet. I toss my sandal on Edom to show that I own it. I shout to Philistia that I have won the battle.’ 

King James Version

8 Moab is my washpot; over Edom will I cast out my shoe: Philistia, triumph thou because of me.
