11 He says in his heart, “God has forgotten, he has hidden his face, he will never see it.” (Job 22:13; Ps 73:11; Ps 94:7; Eze 8:12; Eze 9:9; Zep 1:12) 

New International Version

11 He says to himself, ‘God will never notice; he covers his face and never sees.’

11 Sinful people say to themselves, ‘God will never notice. He covers his face. He never sees us.’
