Proverbs 29:13

English Standard Version

13 The poor man and the oppressor meet together; the Lord gives light to the eyes of both. (Job 25:3; Ps 13:3; Pr 22:2) 

New International Version

13 The poor and the oppressor have this in common: the Lord gives sight to the eyes of both. 

New International Reader’s Version

13 The LORD gives sight to the eyes of poor people and those who treat others badly. That’s what they both have in common. 

King James Version

13 The poor and the deceitful man meet together: the LORD lighteneth both their eyes.
