41 But on the next day all the congregation of the people of Israel grumbled against Moses and against Aaron, saying, “You have killed the people of the Lord.” (Nu 14:2) 

New International Version

41 The next day the whole Israelite community grumbled against Moses and Aaron. ‘You have killed the Lord’s people,’ they said. 

New International Reader’s Version

41 The next day the whole community of Israel told Moses and Aaron they weren’t happy with them. ‘You have killed the LORD’s people,’ they said. 

King James Version

41 But on the morrow all the congregation of the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron, saying, Ye have killed the people of the LORD.
