Nehemiah 3:6

English Standard Version

6 Joiada the son of Paseah and Meshullam the son of Besodeiah repaired the Gate of Yeshanah.[1] They laid its beams and set its doors, its bolts, and its bars. (Ne 3:1; Ne 3:3; Ne 12:39) 

New International Version

6 The Jeshanah[1] Gate was repaired by Joiada son of Paseah and Meshullam son of Besodeiah. They laid its beams and put its doors with their bolts and bars in place. 

New International Reader’s Version

6 Joiada and Meshullam repaired the Jeshanah Gate. Joiada was the son of Paseah. Meshullam was the son of Besodeiah. Joiada and Meshullam laid the beams of the gate. They put in place its doors with their metal bolts and bars. 

King James Version

6 Moreover the old gate repaired Jehoiada the son of Paseah, and Meshullam the son of Besodeiah; they laid the beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof, and the locks thereof, and the bars thereof.
