Nehemiah 12:30

English Standard Version

30 And the priests and the Levites purified themselves, and they purified the people and the gates and the wall. (Ne 13:22; Ne 13:30) 

New International Version

30 When the priests and Levites had purified themselves ceremonially, they purified the people, the gates and the wall. 

New International Reader’s Version

30 The priests and Levites made themselves pure. Then they made the people, the gates and the wall pure and ‘clean’. 

King James Version
