9 What do you plot against the Lord? He will make a complete end; trouble will not rise up a second time. (Isa 10:7; Jer 4:27) 

New International Version

9 Whatever they plot against the Lord he will bring[1] to an end; trouble will not come a second time. 

New International Reader’s Version

9 The LORD will put an end to anything they plan against him. He won’t allow Assyria to win the battle over his people a second time. 

King James Version

9 What do ye imagine against the LORD? he will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time.
