58 And Peter was following him at a distance, as far as the courtyard of the high priest, and going inside he sat with the guards to see the end. (Mt 26:57; Joh 7:32; Joh 18:3; Joh 18:15) 

New International Version

58 But Peter followed him at a distance, right up to the courtyard of the high priest. He entered and sat down with the guards to see the outcome. 

New International Reader’s Version

58 Not too far away, Peter followed Jesus. He went right up to the courtyard of the high priest. He entered and sat down with the guards to see what would happen. 

King James Version

58 But Peter followed him afar off unto the high priest's palace, and went in, and sat with the servants, to see the end.
