9 And I say to you: whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another, commits adultery.”[1] (Mt 5:32)

9 I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another woman commits adultery.’ 

New International Reader’s Version

9 Here is what I tell you. Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery. A man may divorce his wife only if she has not been faithful to him.’
