43 For the days will come upon you, when your enemies will set up a barricade around you and surround you and hem you in on every side (Isa 29:3; Isa 37:33; Jer 6:6; Eze 4:2; Eze 26:8; Lu 17:22; Lu 21:20) 

New International Version

43 The days will come upon you when your enemies will build an embankment against you and encircle you and hem you in on every side. 

New International Reader’s Version

43 The days will come when your enemies will arrive. They will build an earthen wall against your city. They will surround you and close you in on every side. 

King James Version

43 For the days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side,
