8 Then the lords of the Philistines brought up to her seven fresh bowstrings that had not been dried, and she bound him with them. 

New International Version

8 Then the rulers of the Philistines brought her seven fresh bow-strings that had not been dried, and she tied him with them. 

New International Reader’s Version

8 So the Philistine rulers brought seven new bowstrings to her. They weren’t completely dry. Delilah tied Samson up with them. 

King James Version

8 Then the lords of the Philistines brought up to her seven green withs which had not been dried, and she bound him with them.
