Joshua 11:13

English Standard Version

13 But none of the cities that stood on mounds did Israel burn, except Hazor alone; that Joshua burned. 

New International Version

13 Yet Israel did not burn any of the cities built on their mounds – except Hazor, which Joshua burned. 

New International Reader’s Version

13 Many cities were built on top of earlier cities that had been destroyed. Israel didn’t burn any of those except Hazor. Joshua burned it down. 

King James Version

13 But as for the cities that stood still in their strength, Israel burned none of them, save Hazor only; that did Joshua burn.
