11 he sets on high those who are lowly, and those who mourn are lifted to safety. (1Sa 2:7; Ps 113:7)

11 The lowly he sets on high, and those who mourn are lifted to safety.

11 He lifts up people who are lowly in spirit. He lifts up those who are sad. He keeps them safe.

11 To set up on high those that be low; that those which mourn may be exalted to safety.
