41 “How Babylon[1] is taken, the praise of the whole earth seized! How Babylon has become a horror among the nations! (Isa 13:19; Jer 25:26; Jer 51:32) 

New International Version

41 ‘How Sheshak[1] will be captured, the boast of the whole earth seized! How desolate Babylon will be among the nations! 

New International Reader’s Version

41 ‘Babylon will be captured! The whole earth was very proud of it. But it will be taken over by others! It will be a deserted place among the nations. 

King James Version

41 How is Sheshach taken! and how is the praise of the whole earth surprised! how is Babylon become an astonishment among the nations!
