Jeremiah 49:33

English Standard Version

33 Hazor shall become a haunt of jackals, an everlasting waste; no man shall dwell there; no man shall sojourn in her.” (Jer 9:11; Jer 49:18) 

New International Version

33 ‘Hazor will become a haunt of jackals, a desolate place for ever. No-one will live there; no people will dwell in it.’ 

New International Reader’s Version

33 ‘Hazor will become a home for wild dogs. It will be a dry and empty desert for ever. No one will live in that land. No human beings will stay there.’ 

King James Version

33 And Hazor shall be a dwelling for dragons, and a desolation for ever: there shall no man abide there, nor any son of man dwell in it.
