Jeremiah 28:16

English Standard Version

16 Therefore thus says the Lord: ‘Behold, I will remove you from the face of the earth. This year you shall die, because you have uttered rebellion against the Lord.’” (De 13:5; Jer 29:32) 

New International Version

16 Therefore this is what the Lord says: “I am about to remove you from the face of the earth. This very year you are going to die, because you have preached rebellion against the Lord.” ’ 

New International Reader’s Version

16 So the LORD says, “I am about to remove you from the face of the earth. Before this year is over, you will die. You have taught the people to turn against me.” ’ 

King James Version

16 Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will cast thee from off the face of the earth: this year thou shalt die, because thou hast taught rebellion against the LORD.
