Isaiah 53:10

English Standard Version

10 Yet it was the will of the Lord to crush him; he has put him to grief;[1] when his soul makes[2] an offering for guilt, he shall see his offspring; he shall prolong his days; the will of the Lord shall prosper in his hand. (Isa 44:28; Isa 53:4; Isa 53:6) 

New International Version

10 Yet it was the Lord’s will to crush him and cause him to suffer, and though the Lord makes[1] his life an offering for sin, he will see his offspring and prolong his days, and the will of the Lord will prosper in his hand. 

New International Reader’s Version

10 The LORD says, ‘It was my plan to crush him and cause him to suffer. I made his life an offering to pay for sin. But he will see all his children after him. In fact, he will continue to live. My plan will be brought about through him. 

King James Version

10 Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.
