14 “Assemble, all of you, and listen! Who among them has declared these things? The Lord loves him; he shall perform his purpose on Babylon, and his arm shall be against the Chaldeans. (Isa 23:13; Isa 41:26; Isa 46:10; Isa 47:1) 

New International Version

14 ‘Come together, all of you, and listen: which of the idols has foretold these things? The Lord’s chosen ally will carry out his purpose against Babylon; his arm will be against the Babylonians.[1] 

New International Reader’s Version

14 ‘People of Israel, come together and listen to me. What other god has said in advance that certain things would happen? I have chosen Cyrus. He will carry out my plans against Babylon. He will use his power against the Babylonians. 

King James Version

14 All ye, assemble yourselves, and hear; which among them hath declared these things ? The LORD hath loved him: he will do his pleasure on Babylon, and his arm shall be on the Chaldeans.
