Isaiah 24:21

English Standard Version

21 On that day the Lord will punish the host of heaven, in heaven, and the kings of the earth, on the earth. (Ps 76:12; Isa 10:12; Isa 31:8) 

New International Version

21 In that day the Lord will punish the powers in the heavens above and the kings on the earth below. 

New International Reader’s Version

21 At that time the LORD will punish the spiritual forces of evil in the heavens above. He will also punish the kings on the earth below. 

King James Version

21 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall punish the host of the high ones that are on high, and the kings of the earth upon the earth.
