Isaiah 10:18

English Standard Version

18 The glory of his forest and of his fruitful land the Lord will destroy, both soul and body, and it will be as when a sick man wastes away. (Ps 107:33; Isa 2:13; Isa 10:33) 

New International Version

18 The splendour of his forests and fertile fields it will completely destroy, as when one who is ill wastes away. 

New International Reader’s Version

18 He will completely destroy the beauty of their forests and rich farm lands. The Assyrian army will be like an ill person who becomes weaker and weaker. 

King James Version

18 And shall consume the glory of his forest, and of his fruitful field, both soul and body: and they shall be as when a standardbearer fainteth.
