Hosea 2:8

English Standard Version

8 And she did not know that it was I who gave her the grain, the wine, and the oil, and who lavished on her silver and gold, which they used for Baal. (De 7:13; Isa 1:3; Eze 16:17; Eze 16:19; Ho 2:20; Ho 13:2) 

New International Version

8 She has not acknowledged that I was the one who gave her the grain, the new wine and oil, who lavished on her the silver and gold – which they used for Baal. 

New International Reader’s Version

8 She wouldn’t admit that I was the one who gave her everything she had. I provided her with corn, olive oil and fresh wine. I gave her plenty of silver and gold. But she used it to make statues of Baal. 

King James Version

8 For she did not know that I gave her corn, and wine, and oil, and multiplied her silver and gold, which they prepared for Baal.
