English Standard Version

10 Therefore the heavens above you have withheld the dew, and the earth has withheld its produce. (1Ki 8:35; Jer 5:24; Zec 8:12) 

New International Version

10 Therefore, because of you the heavens have withheld their dew and the earth its crops. 

New International Reader’s Version

10 So because of what you have done, the heavens have held back the dew. And the earth has not produced its crops. 

King James Version

10 Therefore the heaven over you is stayed from dew, and the earth is stayed from her fruit.
