9 While he was still speaking with them, Rachel came with her father’s sheep, for she was a shepherdess. (Ex 2:16)

9 While he was still talking with them, Rachel came with her father’s sheep, for she was a shepherd. 

New International Reader’s Version

9 He was still talking with them when Rachel came with her father’s sheep. It was her job to take care of the flock. 

King James Version
