22 And God blessed them, saying, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth.” (Ge 8:17; Ge 9:1) 

New International Version

22 God blessed them and said, ‘Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth.’ 

New International Reader’s Version

22 God blessed them. He said, ‘Have little ones so that there will be many of you. Fill the water in the seas. Let there be more and more birds on the earth.’ 

King James Version

22 And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth.
