Galatians 5:4

English Standard Version

4 You are severed from Christ, you who would be justified[1] by the law; you have fallen away from grace. (Ro 7:6; Ro 9:31; Ga 2:21; Ga 3:10; Heb 12:15; 2Pe 3:17) 

New International Version

4 You who are trying to be justified by the law have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace. 

New International Reader’s Version

4 Some of you are trying to be made right with God by obeying the law. You have been separated from Christ. You have fallen away from God’s grace. 

King James Version

4 Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.
