Galatians 3:16

English Standard Version

16 Now the promises were made to Abraham and to his offspring. It does not say, “And to offsprings,” referring to many, but referring to one, “And to your offspring,” who is Christ. (Ge 12:7; Lu 1:55; Ac 3:25; Ac 13:32; Ro 4:13; Ro 4:16) 

New International Version

16 The promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. Scripture does not say ‘and to seeds’, meaning many people, but ‘and to your seed’, meaning one person, who is Christ. (Ge 12:7; Ge 13:15; Ge 24:7) 

New International Reader’s Version

16 The promises were given to Abraham. They were also given to his seed. Scripture does not say, ‘and to seeds.’ That means many people. It says, ‘and to your seed.’ That means one person. And that one person is Christ. (Ge 12:7; Ge 13:15; Ge 24:7) 

King James Version

16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.
